Email notifications for surveys

In case you have previously activated your email address you will be sent a notification email automatically every time you are invited to a survey. You can manage your email settings from your profile settings page. In case your email address is not yet activated you can request a new activation email.

Your email address can be blocked from being sent any emails from myiyo in case you’ve used the “unsubscribe”-link in any of our emails or in case some of our emails were rejected by your email provider. You can remove the blocking from your profile settings page.

If you login and notice some open survey invitations that you haven’t received any email notifications for, it’s likely these are spontaneous invitations that are offered to you dynamically. When you login myiyo will automatically check if there are any open surveys that you may be invited to and will display these surveys just like regular survey invitations.
